I just returned from a week long, spur of the moment, exhausting excursion to the big city filled with sensory overload, expensive gin and tonics, fly girls, and 102 degree weather. I slept a total of 16 hours in 5 days and now that I have returned to home sweet home, I have come down with some sort of flu I’m sure is derived exclusively from the Big Apple. (I tried very hard to exempt that phrase from this post, but I couldn’t resist). One of my greatest accomplishments was seeing my guy Regis Philbin after staying up all night to be first in line to attend the “Live! with Regis and Kelly” show (a very bizarre experience to see how UN-Live a “Live!” show can be). All in all, it was a blast.

On a different note, I’m back to the blog and back to the job search. While strengthening my procrastination skills, I stumbled upon a great series done by Brooklyn-based photographer Dana Gentile. Here is some of her work below:
